I am not a perfectionist, but I like to feel that things are done well. More important than that, I feel an endless need to learn, to improve, to evolve, mostly to feel satisfied with myself. It is my conviction that here are no limits to learning, and that it can never stop, no matter what our age.

Still, there is that rare moment where it all comes together, where theory and reality meet, culminating into some sort of dream where everything you ever wanted to see and achieve is actually happening. Once or twice a season, you have a game like that. A game that is so mind-blowingly perfect, it actually makes you sigh and despair why your lads can’t play like this every game. It’s as if your entire team has had some sort of on-pitch Aha-Erlebnis (not to be confused with an A-ha-Erlebnis), before suffering from collective brain aneurysm and forgetting all about how they played on that glorious night.

I had that rarest of moments last night, in a Champions League away game versus Anderlecht. Every tactical decision was spot on. Every substitution was spot on. Every idea I had was translated perfectly onto the pitch, the counter-pressing, the quick break-aways, it all just worked out. Now enough of my yapping, more of the match video. Enjoy it as much as I did.

Just to emphasise, this post has no other point other than me sharing a moment of great beauty with you, my loyal readers.

I know what your talking about, that feeling of joy! This game is a prime example of that: http://gyazo.com/8cf206b6639a67761b5f457df5d3d235
I was three points ahead of Inter in the title race and needed a win. I got much more than that!
